Eligibility for Returns

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • Items that show signs of use, damage, or tampering are not eligible for return.

  • Gifted or discounted products (unless damaged or incorrect)

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.

Refund Process

  • Once your return is approved and received, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or store credit, depending on the case.

Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
